Weekly Classes 4 - 11 year olds

Classes are just £9 per 45 minute session, £11 per hour session or £20 per two hour session and are charged on a termly basis. Please note, this pricing is for our public after school and weekend classes, for up to 15 children in one class. For details about our 1:1 and private sessions, please click here.

Animal Ranger
4 - 11 year olds

This program is specifically designed for anyone interested in becoming a zookeeper or with a love of animals. Each week, pupils will look after and care for the animals, from food preparation, to cleaning and enrichment.

Aspiring Vets
KS2 pupils

This program is designed for anyone interested in becoming a vet or veterinary nurse. Each week, pupils will learn how to do basic health checks as well as trimming nails and giving basic medicines.

2 hour Animal Ranger
4 - 11 year olds

This 2 hour programme provides a more in-depth session each week. We cover feeding, animal husbandry, enclosure design and AQA UAS too.

Feeding Frenzy
4 - 11 year olds

This program focuses on food preparation and feeding the animals. Rangers must ensure all diets are carefully prepared and administered.
This is a great programme for anyone moving up from Mini Rangers as a transition programme.

Enrichment Imagineers
7-11 year olds

Our brand new class is designed to get those creative juices flowing with rangers assisting with the design and building of brand new enrichment for all our animals. Rangers will learn new skills including hose weaving, rope splicing and much more as well as being a part of the team that builds new constructions to enhance our animals wellbeing.

What to bring

  • A coat is always worth having as we are outside a lot.

  • Wellies or outdoor boots as it can get muddy

Trial Classes

We can offer you your first class as a one off trial, paid at the standard weekly rate. This allows the chance to make sure you love the class before committing to the whole term.   

Booking

Our classes are booked and paid as a term block.

We hold our pupils to the highest of standards and as such, we reserve the right to exclude any pupil who is not respectful to the animals, their peers or their teachers. Pupils who are not respectful will be asked to leave the program and will not be refunded for classes missed.
